God’s Grace: Leading Us Home

We are truly grateful to Pastor Zhou from Kunming for bringing us such a meaningful Sunday sermon and for sincerely sharing his personal testimony with us.

Pastor Zhou shared his journey from being someone who once did not believe in God and relied mainly on his own wisdom, to accompanying his wife to church to listen to a sermon. At first, he was simply willing to go with her. Then, something began to change in his heart. He eventually convinced himself to listen to one more sermon, and little by little, he came to understand the truth of God’s Word. In the end, he truly opened his heart to God, surrendered to Him, and chose to follow Him.

His journey deeply touched and encouraged every brother and sister who was there.

And honestly, how many of us have experienced something similar?

God often does not lead us to the destination all at once. Instead, He patiently guides us step by step through our lives. Sometimes it may be a sermon, a simple sentence, a person, an unexpected event, or even an experience we could not understand at the time.

But when we look back, we realize that God’s hand was there all along, gently leading us and bringing us home to Him.

We are also grateful for God’s grace that allows us to gather together, share with one another, encourage one another, and enjoy fellowship as brothers and sisters in Christ.

After the sermon, we also enjoyed the delicious food that each brother and sister lovingly brought from home. There was good food, but even more than that, there was love. There was sharing, but even more than that, there was grace. And there were brothers and sisters gathered together, but most importantly, there was God’s presence among us.

Thank You, Lord, for giving us such a beautiful, warm, and love-filled Sunday.

May we continue to follow Your leading, grow closer to You, know You more deeply, and carry Your love to more people.
