有时候，我们会觉得自己很软弱、害怕，甚至不知道下一步该怎么走。
Sometimes we feel weak, afraid, or unsure of what to do next.
但《腓立比书》4:13提醒我们：我们的力量不是来自自己，而是来自基督。
But Philippians 4:13 reminds us that our strength does not come from ourselves, but from Christ.
就像登山一样，前面的路可能陡峭、艰难，但当我们依靠耶稣的力量，就能继续向前。
Like climbing a mountain, the road ahead may be steep and difficult, but when we rely on Jesus’ strength, we can keep moving forward.
不要因为困难而放弃，也不要因为害怕而停下。
Do not give up because of difficulties, and do not stop because of fear.
当我们靠着基督，祂所赐的力量能够帮助我们面对今天的挑战。
When we rely on Christ, His strength can help us face the challenges of today.
