Today’s Reflection
The ten plagues remind us that Pharaoh witnessed God’s mighty power with his own eyes, yet he still refused to humble himself and obey. His problem was not a lack of evidence, but a hardened heart. When a person’s heart remains stubborn, even the clearest display of God’s power may not lead to repentance.
Today, God continues to speak to us through His Word, the circumstances He allows in our lives, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. When He convicts, corrects, or calls us to change, may we not delay or resist as Pharaoh did. Instead, let us respond with humility, repentance, and obedience, trusting that God’s ways are always good. As we surrender our hearts to Him, we will experience His grace, His peace, and the fullness of His blessings.
