Heavenly Father,
Today, as nations gather in celebration and the world unites through football, we lift every nation before You. Thank You for the gift of different cultures, languages, and peoples, all created in Your image.
We pray that the World Cup would be marked by peace, unity, respect, and joy. Protect every player, coach, volunteer, and fan. May competition bring out excellence, humility, and friendship instead of pride or division.
On this Fourth of July, we also thank You for the blessings of freedom. Remind us that true freedom is found in Jesus Christ, who sets hearts free from sin and fills us with hope.
Lord, let every nation come to know You. May Your love cross every border, Your peace heal every conflict, and Your gospel reach every people. As Your Word declares, “Let the nations be glad and sing for joy” (Psalm 67:4).
May Your kingdom come, and may Your name be glorified among all nations.
