\nAt that time, the Queen of Sheba had already heard about the fame of King Solomon.<\/p>\n

\nThe Queen of Sheba thought to herself:<\/p>\n
\u201c\u6211\u5f97\u4eb2\u81ea\u53bb\u770b\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a76\u7adf\uff0c\u8fd9\u6240\u7f57\u95e8\u5230\u5e95\u6709\u591a\u80fd\u8010\u3002\u201d
\n\u201cI have to go and see for myself just how capable this Solomon really is.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u4e8e\u662f\uff0c\u5979\u5e26\u7740\u5927\u6279\u9a86\u9a7c\uff0c\u9a86\u9a7c\u4e0a\u9a6e\u7740\u9999\u6599\u3001\u5b9d\u77f3\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u5927\u5806\u91d1\u5b50\uff0c\u6d69\u6d69\u8361\u8361\u5c31\u5954\u5411\u4e86\u8036\u8def\u6492\u51b7\u3002
\nSo she brought a large number of camels, loaded with spices, precious stones, and a great amount of gold, and went in grand procession to Jerusalem.<\/p>\n

\nAnd what happened?<\/p>\n

\nKing Solomon did not hold back either. Whatever she asked, Solomon answered, without hiding anything from her.<\/p>\n

\nShe first observed Solomon\u2019s wisdom, then looked at the palace he had built, the food on his table, the places where his officials sat, how his servants attended to him, their clothing, and his cupbearers; she even carefully observed the steps by which they went up to the temple of the LORD.<\/p>\n

\nBecause He has loved Israel forever, He has made you king, so that you may uphold justice and righteousness.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nAfter saying this, the Queen of Sheba brought gifts and gave them to Solomon.<\/p>\n

\nThe Queen of Sheba finally gave her gifts to Solomon. What were the gifts?<\/p>\n

\nThere were so many spices that afterward, no such great quantity of spices ever came in again.<\/p>\n

\nAt the same time, Hiram\u2019s fleet also brought gold from Ophir, along with a great amount of algum wood and precious stones.<\/p>\n
\u6240\u7f57\u95e8\u738b\u62ff\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6a80\u9999\u6728\u5e72\u505a\u4ec0\u4e48\u5462\uff1f
\nWhat did King Solomon do with all this algum wood?<\/p>\n
\u7ed9\u8036\u548c\u534e\u7684\u6bbf\u548c\u738b\u5bab\u505a\u680f\u6746\uff0c\u8fd8\u7ed9\u5531\u6b4c\u7684\u4eba\u505a\u7434\u745f\u3002
\nHe used it to make railings for the temple of the LORD and for the royal palace, and also made harps and lyres for the singers.<\/p>\n
\u8fd9\u6a80\u9999\u6728\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u822c\u4e1c\u897f\uff0c\u540e\u6765\u518d\u4e5f\u6ca1\u8fdb\u6765\u8fc7\u8fd9\u4e48\u597d\u7684\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u540e\u6765\u90fd\u6ca1\u4eba\u518d\u89c1\u8fc7\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u6728\u5934\u3002
\nThis algum wood was no ordinary wood. After that, no such wood of this quality came in again, and no one has seen such wood to this day.<\/p>\n
\u793a\u5df4\u5973\u738b\u4e34\u8d70\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u6240\u7f57\u95e8\u4e5f\u6ca1\u4e8f\u5f85\u4eba\u5bb6\u3002
\nWhen the Queen of Sheba was about to leave, Solomon treated her generously.<\/p>\n

\nFinally, the Queen of Sheba and her servants returned to her own country, richly supplied with gifts.<\/p>\n

\nHow wealthy was King Solomon?<\/p>\n

\nHe used hammered gold to make two hundred large shields.<\/p>\n

\nEach shield used six hundred shekels of gold.<\/p>\n

\nHe also made three hundred small shields, each using three minas of gold.<\/p>\n

\nAll these golden shields were placed in the House of the Forest of Lebanon.<\/p>\n

\nSolomon also made a magnificent great throne.<\/p>\n

\nIt was made of ivory and overlaid with pure gold.<\/p>\n

\nThe throne had six steps.<\/p>\n

\nThe top of its back was rounded, and there were armrests on both sides.<\/p>\n

\nThere were twelve lions standing on the six steps, two on each step.<\/p>\n

\nThe whole sight was incredibly majestic.<\/p>\n

\nAll of King Solomon\u2019s drinking vessels were made of gold.<\/p>\n

\nThey returned once every three years.<\/p>\n

\nEach time they brought back gold, silver, ivory, apes, and peacocks.<\/p>\n

\nThe Bible says: His wealth and wisdom surpassed that of all the kings of the earth.<\/p>\n

\nPeople from all over the world wanted to see Solomon.<\/p>\n

\nNone of these people came empty-handed. Each one brought gifts: gold vessels, silver vessels, clothing, weapons, spices, mules, and horses. It happened this way year after year.<\/p>\n

\nKing Solomon also had a very powerful military force.<\/p>\n
