Today, Pastor shao Yang traveled a long distance to share God’s Word at Fayetteville Chinese Christian Church. It was a truly enriching message that gave me a deeper understanding of teamwork, church life, and spiritual growth.
I would like to share some of the key lessons from today’s message.
1. The Power of Teamwork
Using the V-shaped formation of migrating geese as an illustration, Pastor Shao Yang shared five keys to a successful team:
1. Formation
Someone leads, and others follow. By working together and supporting one another, the team can move forward effectively.
2. Vision
A team must have a clear direction and purpose, moving together toward the mission God has given.
3. Voice
We should encourage one another, pray for one another, and use words that build up and strengthen those around us.
4. Value
When brothers and sisters face difficulties or become weary, we should be willing to walk alongside them, support them, and care for them.
5. Victory
When God’s people are united and work together, they can experience the victory that God provides.
2. Finding Our Place
Pastor Zhao Yang reminded us that:
Everyone has a place in the church.
Everyone has unique gifts and roles given by God.
We should not compare ourselves with others but faithfully fulfill the calling God has entrusted to us.
Just as a body has many parts yet remains one body, every member is important and valuable.
3. The Importance of Teamwork
Pastor Zhao Yang emphasized that neither ministry nor life is meant to be carried out alone.
Even world-class athletes such as Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo achieved success with the support and contribution of their entire teams.
True success is not about individual achievement but about people working together toward a common goal.
Teamwork makes the dream work.
4. Renewing Our Strength in the Lord
Pastor Shao Yang also reminded us that life and ministry are not always smooth and easy.
We all experience:
Failure
Setbacks
Weariness
Discouragement
Yet God calls us not to remain in our failures but to return to Him and be renewed in strength.
When we fail, we can start again.
When we fall, we can rise again.
Because our strength does not come from ourselves—it comes from Jesus Christ.

## 一、团队精神（The Power of Teamwork）
牧师以大雁迁徙时的 V 字队形为例，分享了团队成功的五个关键：
**1. Formation（队形）**
前面有人带领，后面有人跟随；彼此配搭，共同前进。
**2. Vision（异象）**
清楚知道目标和方向，朝着神所托付的使命前行。

彼此鼓励、彼此代祷，用爱心的话语建立身边的人。
**4. Value（关怀）**
当弟兄姐妹软弱或遇到困难时，愿意陪伴、帮助和扶持。
**5. Victory（得胜）**
当大家同心合一、彼此配搭时，就能一起经历神所赐的得胜。
## 二、找到自己的定位
牧师提醒我们：
* 每个人在教会里都有自己的位置；
* 每个人都有神所赐不同的恩赐和角色；
* 不需要彼此比较，而是忠心完成神交托给自己的使命。
正如身体有许多肢体，却同属一个身体；每个人都很重要，每个人都不可缺少。
## 三、团队配搭的重要性
牧师特别提到，无论是教会事奉还是人生道路，都不是靠一个人完成的。
甚至世界顶级球星梅西和 C 罗，他们的成功也离不开整个团队的配合与支持。
真正的成功，不是个人英雄主义，而是团队共同努力的结果。

## 四、从主里重新得力
牧师也分享到，人生和服事不会总是一帆风顺。
我们都会经历：
* 失败
* 挫折
* 疲惫
* 灰心
但神呼召我们不要停留在失败中，而是回到主面前重新得力。
失败了，可以重新开始；
跌倒了，可以重新站起来；
软弱了，可以再次得着力量。
因为我们的力量不是来自自己，而是来自耶稣基督。
无论遇到什么困难，都不要轻言放弃。神从未放弃我们，因此我们也要坚持走完神所托付给我们的道路。
今天的信息让我再次明白：
**在主里同心合一，找到自己的定位；彼此配搭，彼此鼓励，彼此扶持；即使经历失败和挫折，也要从耶稣基督里重新得力，继续前行。**
